Appellation dinner menu…

Our nightly (except Tuesdays) menu encompasses what is fresh from the kitchen garden, nearby local growers and farmers, offering mid-sized plates sourcing ingredients which reflect the growing seasons. We encourage you to make four selections from our menu of seasonal dishes. Our Sommelier will be pleased to make wine pairing suggestions for each course, or you may prefer to select a bottle from our cellar or indeed bring in a special bottle to enjoy (a wine service charge may apply).

We genuinely support our local farmers and growers; we keep food miles to a minimum; we actively grow and produce ourselves; bake all our own breads; butcher our meats; maintain the traditional ‘oldways’ of food preparation; and continue to support the guiding principles of the Slow Food movement.  More than 85% of the daily menu has travelled less than 30km from grower to your table. Above all, we value flavour, texture, diversity and sustainability.

Local’s night at Appellation…

Be local, eat local. Tuesday is local’s night at Appellation, our chefs choose the menu and you sit back and enjoy! It’s casual, relaxed, fun and delicious. Enjoy a 3 course menu for $59. And you don’t have to be local to come along!

Winemaker Dinners…

One Friday a month a Barossa winemaker will host an intimate dinner for 12 guests. You’re invited to share the table for an unforgettable night of exceptional wines from Barossa’s cool crew of winemakers paired to a 5-course menu of beautifully matched dishes by Appellation’s Ryan Edwards.  Wine Bar & Terrace…

Appellation’s wine bar and terrace has one of the best views in the Barossa, and as the sun sets is the place to be before dinner. It also offers a casual and relaxed place to enjoy a range of cocktails, local beers, fine fizz and a selection of delicious bar snacks including burgers, cheese and charcuterie plates, light salads, brioche donuts with jam and cream and the classic affogato.
