With a passion for real, fresh local ingredients, Ryan and his team are guided by the rhythms of the seasons…harvesting from their kitchen garden, baking their own breads, butchering and curing their own meats… and see wine and food as the most natural of partners. Executive Chef Ryan Edwards and his team are passionate advocates for freshness, seasonality and regionalism varying their menus nightly to take full advantage of the bountiful produce sourced from an extensive network of local suppliers.
Our nightly (except Tuesdays) menu encompasses what is fresh from the kitchen garden, nearby local growers and farmers, offering mid-sized plates sourcing ingredients which reflect the growing seasons. We encourage you to make four selections from our menu of seasonal dishes. Our Sommelier will be pleased to make wine pairing suggestions for each course, or you may prefer to select a bottle from our cellar or indeed bring in a special bottle to enjoy (a wine service charge may apply).
