We continue to evolve the dining experience embracing the trend toward greater choice and at Appellation we have also recognized the growing need to cater for specific food allergies by developing menus specifically tailored to individual requirements and that fully allow for truly memorable dining experiences.
Many restaurants require all diners at a table to opt for either a degustation menu or a la carte menu. Appellation’s approach is to combine the possibility of degustation and a la carte dining for each table… a new approach for regional dining in Australia.
